CREATIVE ENRICHMENT SESSIONS FOR SCHOOLS
I believe in nurturing the potential of every child through engaging, creative enrichment learning experiences. My bespoke workshops and activity sessions for schools are designed to complement and enrich the curriculum, supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stages 1 and 2. Each session is carefully planned to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lasting love of learning.
My enrichment sessions are thoughtfully crafted to meet the unique needs of each class or group. I offer a range of creative and wellbeing-focused activities, including:
Drama-Fit – creative, fun PE sessions
Mini-Mindfulness – gentle wellbeing and emotional regulation activities
Fantastic Fantasy – imaginative drama for budding actors
Word Wizard – playful, confidence-building sessions for young writers
Alongside these, I design bespoke enrichment workshops to add depth, creativity, and sparkle to core National Curriculum subjects, or to explore child-led interests such as hedgehogs, clouds, or wider concepts including kindness, choice, and empathy.
Alignment with Learning Outcomes
All enrichment sessions are designed with clear learning intentions and align with the National Curriculum and EYFS framework. While enriching and extending classroom learning, sessions focus on developing key transferable skills, including:
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
Encouraging children to explore ideas, ask questions, and think independently.Creativity and Imagination
Supporting innovative thinking through hands-on, participatory activities.Social and Emotional Development
Promoting collaboration, kindness, mindfulness, and emotional awareness, supporting both academic and personal growth.
Flexibility to Fit Your School.
Whether you are looking to enhance your curriculum enrichment provision, introduce lunchtime or after-school clubs, offer engaging PE or drama sessions, support specific curriculum areas, or plan enrichment for themed weeks and special events, Creative Learning Adventures can help.
I am flexible and happy to adapt sessions to suit your school’s curriculum, timetable, and specific requirements, ensuring that each child receives a meaningful and engaging learning experience.
I am always happy to visit for an informal chat to discuss your school’s enrichment needs and how we might work together.
Reception children and children with special educational needs would need their teacher to be present. For an after school session a contact number of an on site member of staff would be required.
A session typically lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour. I can tailor my visits to suit your school’s needs -whether it’s a single session for one class or multiple sessions throughout the day. For example, I can repeat the same session for different classes or provide a variety of sessions tailored to different groups.
Of course. Specific needs will be discussed with the head teacher/teacher.
At least one week in advance for a one off session.
Two weeks or more for a regular session.
A minimum of one week.
Of course, and there is a 10% discount for ten sessions or more.
30 minutes. £40
1 hour. £75. This can be divided into 2 half hour sessions for different classes.
90 minutes. £105. Again, the sessions can be divided between groups.
£35 per plan for the use of the school only.
Within 4 weeks from date of invoice.
I have a strong safeguarding policy and I am DBS checked on the update service. I keep up to date with current safeguarding training. I have risk assessments in place for every activity session.
I am happy to reschedule but if you need to cancel. At least seven days notice to cancel a one-off session and two weeks for a series.
Most workshops do not need equipment although occasional access to a flip chart/whiteboard, PE equipment (hoops, balls) and pencils and paper may be needed. This will be discussed in advance of the workshop.
